Prospective proponents are directed to examine carefully the following information. Failure to follow the instructions given may result in proposal disqualification.

IP 1 - DOCUMENTS

1.1                Proposal Documents

(a) Invitation for Proposal;
(b) Instructions to Proponents;
(c) Proposal and Acceptance Form;
(d) Conditions of Contract
(e) CCS Performance Specifications and Drawings, Sections 15900 through 15940, and
(f) Addenda, if any.

IP 2 - PRE-PROPOSAL INQUIRIES

2.1               All inquiries relating to CCS drawings and specifications, shall be directed to the Energy Projects Manager.
