Lease Requirements Project: 100124056 - New Space Requirement - Kelowna, BC

This space requirement is for less than 5,000 sq. ft. and will be posted on this site for a minimum of one week. (Closes: 03-May-2024 14:00:00)

The requirement is for 1,400 – 1,900 square feet of office space located within West Kelowna, Downtown Kelowna, or the Landmark District for the Ministry of Attorney General (AG), Independent Investigations Office (IIO). Reserved parking stalls are required for a minimum of three (3) vehicles on site or within 305 m (1000 ft) of the Premises. The space may be in a single or multi-tenant occupancy building, ground level is not required but the space must have barrier-free access.

Lease Term: Tenant is looking for move-in ready space as soon as possible for a five (5) year term, with two options to renew for a further five (5) years each. Tenant will require the space for several months prior to occupancy to perform its fit-up.

Proposals shall be submitted by 2:00 PM PDT on May 3rd, 2024.

The Province reserves the right to negotiate any proposal and the lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
