Requirements For Leased Space

Greater than 5,000 Square Feet
For space requirements greater than 5,000 square feet, ARES follows a Request For Proposal (RFP) process. This is designed to ensure all landlords have an equal opportunity to do business with ARES. 

An RFP is required for leases of smaller area only under certain circumstances. If you wish to respond, you must comply with all of the requirements as detailed in the lease requirement description and in its attached documentation.

Less than 5,000 Square Feet
When ARES requires space of less than 5,000 square feet, the posting will appear on this site for a minimum of one week.
