(Closes: 12-Jun-2026 17:00:00) The requirement is for approximately 2,700 - 4,300 square feet of office space located within West Kelowna, BC for the Ministry of Public Safety & Solicitor General. Reserved parking stalls are required for up to three (3) vehicles on site or within 305 m (1,000 ft) of the Premises, available twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week. Approximately five (5) free or metered parking stalls for the staff and public shall be located nearby - the Province shall not pay for this parking. The space may be in a single or multi-tenant occupancy building, ground level is required and the space must have barrier-free access. Lease Term: Tenant is looking for a lease commencement date of January 1, 2027 for an initial ten (10) year term, with two (2) further renewal option(s) of five (5) years each. Tenant will require the space for several months prior to occupancy to perform its fit-up. Proposals shall be submitted by 5:00 PM PDT on Friday, June 12, 2026. The Province reserves the right to negotiate any proposal and the lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
