ARES Site Usage for film and TV Production
ARES' Portfolio & Inventory Management Branch co-ordinates the scheduling of
ARES site usage by film and TV production crews.
- Print and complete Section One of the onsite filming application and return it to us together with a synopsis
and a copy of the script highlighting the sections that you wish to shoot
on our grounds. This must be received prior to contract approval.
- Read and abide by all conditions as outlined in the Filming Application: Section Two - Filming Guidelines.
- ARES requires five (5) business days notification prior to filming on site.
- A contract package will be produced upon receipt of the filming application and scheduling approvals.
Note: please contact the appropriate municipality representative for a filming
licence prior to filming on government property.
