The Real Estate Management Branch co-ordinates the scheduling of
site usage by Film and TV production crews.
Print and complete Section One of the onsite Filming Application and return it to us with a synopsis
and a copy of the script highlighting the sections that you wish to shoot
on our grounds. This must be received prior to contract approval.
Read and abide by all conditions as outlined in the Filming Application: Section Two - Filming Guidelines.
We require five (5) business days notification prior to filming on site.
A contract package will be produced upon receipt of the filming application and scheduling approvals.
Note: please contact the appropriate municipal representative for a filming
licence prior to filming on government property.
